Covid-19 hits residents of vulnerable areas seriously

In various European cities, due to Covid-19 and lockdown measures all kinds of recovery programs have run into problems (not to mention recent and expected misery in all those cities in the rest of the world). Many residents, particularly young people, have lost their jobs. Citizens got deeper into debt. Schools lost sight of many of their students. Contrary, criminals discovered new opportunities. As a result of all this, social inequality have and will deepen even further. It is clear that central governments in particular will have to invest more than ever in their affected urban areas.
