Food benefits at risk

No good news from America this Christmas. More than ever, people rely on food banks. Especially since the financing of all kinds of federal and local aid programs ran out of money during this year. This has put additional food benefits at risk, but housing support and childcare subsidies too are affected. In the new year, many citizens will have fewer resources to cope with rising prices, which have risen by around 20% over the past year compared to 2019.
